An established developer specialising in high rise residential schemes. The work can range from specialist bespoke developments through to £200m + mixed use schemes.
About the Role:
Need a quantity surveyor capable of taking full commercial control of high rise, RC frame residential schemes up to £25m.
Candidate Requirement:
Experience in working for a developer or contractor as a quantity surveyor on high rise residential developments
Minimum HNC, ideally BSc / MRICS
10 years + with established contractor / developer
Ability to take full commercial control of your own project up to £30m |
